Class Cancellation & Refund Policy
In order to receive any type of refund for a class that you have registered for, you must notify us in advance that you will not be able to attend. Our cancellation policy is outlined below, and your credit depends on how long in advance you notify us of your absence.
More than 7 days before your class:
You may cancel and request a full refund as long as you notify us 7 days prior to your class. For example, if the class is on a Saturday at 8:00 a.m., you must let us know the preceding Saturday by 8:00 a.m. We must be able to confirm this prior to that time, so we encourage you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you register for a class and need to change the date for any reason there is no charge as long as you meet the 7 day policy. There will be a $20 rescheduling fee for the effort involved in transferring your information, re-confirming, and attempting to fill your space if you fail to give 7 DAYS NOTICE, but please try to let us know of your class change as soon as possible. Contact us for space availability for future classes.
Less than 7 days before your class:
If you need to cancel (for any reason) and choose not to re-schedule and you email us at least 48 hours (but less than 7 days before the class), you are eligible for a half-price refund of the fee to your originally scheduled class.Please email email@example.com as phone calls may not be accepted.
Less than 48 hours before your class:
No Credits or Refunds for No Shows or less than 48 hour notice.
If register for a class and do not call or show up for any reason (you got date/time wrong, car broke down, sick, worked late, etc.) the entire class fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, no future credit will be given, no exceptions. There is limited space available for each class and classes involve material cost and a head count.
If we cancel class:
If enrollment is below the minimum of 10 students, or inclement weather, we may have to cancel the class. If the class is canceled, you will be contacted with at least a 48 hour notice using the phone number and/or email you provided when you registered. You will receive the choice of a full refund or to be enrolled in one of our future classes.

Course Certificate Policy
Certificates of Completion will be issued for each BBRS approved course.
At the completion of all Mass Nail It classroom and online courses you will a receive BBRS-approved course completion certificate. It is the responsibility of the class participant to provide the course completion certificates to the Board of Building Regulations and Standards.
Mass Nail It will hold certificates if a participant has taken a class and payment for the class has defaulted. Certificates will be released once funds have been verified. All participants who have paid for their class will receive the Certificates of Completion at the end of the last course of the class.
Lost or misplaced certificates:
For anyone who has lost or misplaced their Certificates of Completion, you will be charge a $25 fee for a copy of such certificate. This fee must be paid prior to any copy being sent to any participant of a prior class. Class dates taken must be provided when requesting a copy of your Certificates.
